FAQ’s

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve your charter by e-mail or by calling us at (619) 272-6555. We will need your contact information: name, address, phone as well as your trip details: pickup time and location, destination, return time, and number of passengers.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, after we receive your trip information we will mail, fax or e-mail a confirmation to you. Your confirmation will include your trip details and payment terms. We ask that you check this information for accuracy and contact us with any changes.

What are you payment terms?

We typically ask for a twenty five percent deposit within two weeks of booking and full payment ten days before your trip departure. Your payment may be made by check or credit card. We accept Visa/MasterCard and American Express.

When should I look to book

The sooner you place your reservation the better, we do sell out frequently. Provided we have availability we can take your order up to the day of your trip.

What if my trip runs longer then scheduled?

As long as the coach does not have another charter we can normally accommodate you, our goal is to help make your event a success. There may be an extra charge based on how long the trip runs.

Who pays for parking, tolls, and drivers lodging on over night trips?

Unless arranged prior to trip departure it is the group’s responsibility to pay all parking, toll, and driver lodging.

What about the driver’s gratuity?

Drivers depend on gratuities and they are greatly appreciated for a job well done. It is our recommendation that you tip the driver personally at the time of the trip. However, if it is more convenient to include it on your bill we would be happy to pass it along to the driver.

Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed by the Public Utilities Commission (TCP36684) and carry insurance in excess of the minimum required by California State law. We are also licensed by the Department of Transportation to travel out of state.

How do I know we will have a safe ride?

Our coaches are inspected twice a year by the California Highway Patrol. The first inspection satisfies the requirements of the Public Utilities Commission. We are certified by the CHP to carry school children and must pass a second inspection to keep our certification. Our drivers are all experienced and most of them are School Pupil Activity Bus certified as well.

Is alcohol & smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed on any of our coaches. Alcohol is permitted, we prefer cans to bottles and we do not allow kegs. There may be a cleaning deposit required.
